導航燈或航行燈，是船舶夜航時，用以表示自身位置和運動方向，便于互相避讓、識別的信號燈。一般規定：船舶左舷裝紅燈，右舷裝綠燈，桅桿和船尾裝白燈；非機動船只裝舷燈；木帆船只裝一盞白燈。 
航行燈MED認證的類型檢測有： 
抗振動，抗機械沖擊，干熱，低溫，陽光輻射，抗雨水和噴霧，耐腐蝕，抗**，電壓防護，外殼溫度等。 
檢測標準為： 
IEC 60945：Maritime navigation and radiocommunication equipment and systems-General requirements-Methods of testing and required test results 
EN 14744：Inland navigation vessels and sea-going vessels-Navigation light 
認證方式為產品測試＋工廠質量體系審核。周期2至3個月。
