研磨范圍（直徑）： 1-30mm 2-40mm
特點：JHC系列無心磨床，適用停止式研磨和通過式研磨，確保高精度，和高生產量，研磨工件直徑由1mm
到50mm。多樣化自動送收料機設計，操作方便，降低生產成本。其主要特色如下：
1、砂輪與調輪主軸皆由高質量的合金鋼(SNCM-439)制造，經正常化、回火、滲碳硬化和深冷處理，再經
精密研磨過程，能提高主軸穩定性、確保不變形、及延長壽命。
2、獨特砂輪液靜壓軸承和調整輪滾珠軸承，沒有金屬摩擦，提高剛性、精度。
二、NC數控系列RC-12NC\RC-18NC特點:
研磨范圍（直徑）：1-30mm 2-50mm
1．調輪搭配滾珠滾柱軸承，可達0.1μm的研磨精度。
2。在進行加工時，調輪可迅速接近工件進行加工。
3。砂輪可選配動壓或液靜壓軸承。
4。2-3軸可進行砂輪修砂與調輪進給補償。
5。MITSUBISHI PLC的控制器和伺服馬達。
CNC系列：調輪主軸以滾動軸承取代動壓軸承；調輪的伺服馬達提供無段變速。3-6軸可進行砂輪修砂，調
輪修砂及調輪進給補償。
NC系列：1-2軸可進行砂輪修砂與調輪進給補償。
三、滾動軸承系列 (B系列)-12B\-16B\-18B\-20B

1、滾動軸承系列 (B系列)
創新**的砂輪主軸不需要法蘭，并整合斜進接觸軸承和雙支撐NN滾珠軸培，能維持主軸超高精度旋轉和
高剛性。
2、合金軸承系列 (經濟型系列)
由鋼和磷青銅合金制成的動壓軸承，搭配潤滑油，其手工鏟花能維持研磨主軸高精度旋轉和剛性，承受**
小間距重削切研磨。
B系列：調輪主軸以滾柱軸承取代合金軸承；調輪的伺服馬達提供無段變速；
四、液靜壓軸承系列 (H系列)RC-12H\RC-18H\RC-20H特點:
1. 砂輪主軸的液靜壓軸承系列(H系列)
由高壓油膜所覆蓋，能消除金屬與金屬間的摩擦、過熱和漏油等問題，減少動力耗損，提高剛性和減震性
能。
2. 砂輪主軸的動壓軸承系列 (經濟型)
由鋼和磷青銅合金制成的動壓軸承，搭配潤滑油，其手工鏟花能維持研磨主軸高精度旋轉和剛性，承受**
