GYTC8A 光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是將 250μm 光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根金屬加強芯，松套管（和填充繩）圍繞中心加強芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯。纜芯用一層涂塑鋁帶（APL）縱包后，和鋼絲絞線集成到一個 8 字型的聚乙烯護套內(nèi)。 可提供 Y 護套或 S 護套的 8 字型光纜 GYTC8Y、GYTC8S 等，此類產(chǎn)品多應用于自承式架空敷設(shè)。
